1. Overview

HelloWebTools (hereinafter "the Service") processes user data with minimal collection and transparently discloses all practices in this policy.

2. Data Entered for Fortune Calculations

Information entered when using fortune-telling services — such as date of birth, time, gender, name, English name (numerology), and birth city (astrology) — is discarded immediately after processing and is never stored in any database.

There is no account registration or login, so no account information is collected
Photos used in AI Analysis Services (face reading, first impression, palm reading, family resemblance, couple face match, face symmetry, past life test, animal look-alike, body proportion) are processed entirely by AI on the user's device (browser) and are never sent to or stored on any server

3. Information Stored on Our Servers

The Service stores limited information for security, abuse prevention, and sharing functionality.

3-1. Traffic Security Logs

The following information is automatically collected to detect abnormal access (excessive refreshing, API abuse, etc.):

IP+UA Hash: IP address and browser information irreversibly hashed using SHA-256 (original IP cannot be recovered)
Access Counters: Page and API request counts by time period
Block Event Logs: Reason and timestamp recorded when abnormal patterns are detected
Retention: Counters and block flags are automatically deleted upon expiration; event logs are automatically deleted after 90 days

3-2. Shared Result Data

The following information is stored only when a user voluntarily clicks "Share Results":

Analysis result summary (scores, grades, etc., excluding photos)
Hashed IP (irreversibly encrypted), creation timestamp
Retention: Automatically deleted after 30 days

If the sharing feature is not used, no result data is stored on the server.

3-3. Session Cookies

PHP sessions may be used for admin authentication. Regular user sessions do not contain personal information. Session cookies expire when the browser is closed.

4. Third-Party Service Integration

The Service integrates with the following external services, whose privacy practices are governed by their respective policies:

Google AdSense: Uses cookies for personalized advertising. (Google Ads Policy)
When using Western Astrology, the city name entered by the user is sent directly from the user's browser for coordinate lookup.
AI models are downloaded from a CDN to the user's browser for analysis. Photos and analysis results are never sent externally.
Chess Game: The chess AI engine (Fairy-Stockfish) WASM binary is downloaded to the user's browser and runs locally. Game data is never sent to any server and no personal information is collected.
Memory Game: High scores are stored in the user's browser localStorage only. Never sent to any server and no personal information is collected.
Board Game: Win/loss records are stored in the user's browser localStorage only. Never sent to any server and no personal information is collected.
Stamp/Charm Image Maker: Name and birth year information entered by the user is processed only within the browser and is never sent to or stored on any server.
Blood Type Compatibility: Blood type information selected by the user is processed only within the browser and is never sent to or stored on any server.
Three Calamities Reading: Birth year information entered by the user is processed only within the browser and is never sent to or stored on any server.
MBTI Compatibility: MBTI type information selected by the user is processed only within the browser and is never sent to or stored on any server.

Users may refuse cookie collection through browser settings, which may limit access to some features.

5. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

HelloWebTools does not directly provide user personal data for marketing, statistical analysis, or third-party ad targeting purposes. Exceptions include:

When required by law
When the user directly calls an external service (see Article 4)

6. Server Hosting

Provider: Cafe24 Corp.
Services: Web hosting, server infrastructure operation and maintenance

7. User Rights

Fortune input data: Not stored on any server, so no deletion request is needed
Shared results: Automatically deleted after 30 days. For immediate deletion, please contact us with the shared URL at the address below
Traffic logs: Only irreversible hashes are stored, making it impossible to identify the original IP. Automatically deleted after 90 days

Users may stop using the Service at any time. Simply closing the browser will destroy all input data and session information.

8. Children Under 14

HelloWebTools does not separately collect personal information from children under 14. The same minimal data processing principles apply when users under 14 use the Service.
