Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the online fortune-telling services provided by HelloWebTools (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" refers to all fortune-telling and content features provided by HelloWebTools through hellowebtools.com.
"User" refers to any visitor who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
"Content" refers to text, images, software, and other works created directly by HelloWebTools within the Service.
"AI Analysis Services" refers to features that involve photo uploads, including face reading, first impression analysis, palm reading, family resemblance, couple face match, face symmetry, past life test, animal look-alike test, and body proportion analysis.
"Game Services" refers to entertainment game features such as the memory game.
"MBTI Compatibility Service" refers to the entertainment feature that analyzes compatibility based on two people's MBTI personality types.

Article 4 (Service Description)

The Service offers 14 services including tarot, face reading, first impression analysis, palm reading, family resemblance, couple face match, face symmetry, past life test, animal look-alike test, body proportion analysis, MBTI compatibility, Western astrology, numerology, and memory games.

Photos used in AI Analysis Services are processed entirely on the user's device (browser) and are never sent to any server.
When searching for birth city coordinates in Western Astrology, the city name entered by the user is sent to an external service.
All services are provided free of charge and can be used without creating an account.
The Service is free and may include advertisements.

Article 4-1 (Game Services)

Game services such as the memory game are provided for entertainment purposes and the following terms apply:

The memory game is a card matching game featuring zodiac animal characters, built entirely in-house without external game engines.
Game services do not collect personal information, and game records are not stored on any server. (Memory game high scores are stored only in the user's browser localStorage.)

Article 4-2 (MBTI Compatibility Service)

The MBTI Compatibility Service analyzes compatibility based on two people's MBTI personality types for entertainment purposes, and the following terms apply:

MBTI compatibility results are reference information based on personality type theory and are not a scientifically validated compatibility tool.
Compatibility results do not guarantee real-life relationship compatibility and should be used for fun and reference only.
Selected MBTI type information is processed only within the browser and is never sent to or stored on any server.

Article 5 (Nature of the Service)

All fortune-telling results provided by the Service are for entertainment and reference purposes only, based on traditional divination theories. They do not replace professional advice and should not be used as a basis for important decisions.

Article 6 (Result Sharing Feature)

When a user uses the "Share Results" feature, a summary of the analysis results (excluding photos) is stored on the server and a shareable URL is generated.

Stored data: Analysis results (scores, grades, etc.), irreversibly hashed IP address, creation timestamp
Photos and original images are never stored
Shared data is automatically deleted 30 days after creation
Using the sharing feature is the user's voluntary choice; if not used, no result data is stored on the server

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Using the Service to infringe on the rights of others
Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale of Service results, interpretation text, data, or interface design
Using Service results to offer paid consulting, analysis, or agency services
Mass collection or scraping using automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts, etc.)

Article 8 (Usage Restrictions)

HelloWebTools may restrict Service access without prior notice in the following cases:

Violation of the prohibited activities in Article 7
Detection of abnormal access patterns (excessive refreshing, API abuse, etc.)
Any other activity that threatens the stable operation of the Service

Restriction measures may include content posting restrictions, access blocking, and service usage limitations.

Article 9 (Service Changes and Suspension)

HelloWebTools may modify or suspend the Service when operationally necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes through in-service announcements.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

HelloWebTools does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of fortune-telling results and is not liable for decisions made by users based on Service results.

Article 11 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including fortune-telling and astrology interpretation text, editorial layout, databases, designs, and software, belong to HelloWebTools.

Users may use results obtained through the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not use them commercially without HelloWebTools's prior written consent.

However, user-uploaded photos, external libraries, Google AdSense, and other third-party components are subject to their respective rights holders' licenses.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and any disputes related to Service use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may be amended in accordance with applicable laws, and users will be notified of changes through in-service announcements.
